Pat PKR Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

By accessing patpkr.win and creating an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all use of the pat pkr platform, including sports betting, casino games, bingo, deposits, withdrawals and all promotions.

If you are accessing pat pkr on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. Pat pkr reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version displayed on this page at the time of your use is the version in effect.

Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pat pkr. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Pat pkr may request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on pat pkr. If you have forgotten your login details, contact support to recover your existing account rather than creating a new one. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these terms.

Accurate information: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, including your real name, date of birth and contact details. Pat pkr uses this information for identity verification, payment processing and account security. Providing false information is grounds for account closure.

Verification: Pat pkr may request identity verification documents at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals. Supported documents include national ID card, passport and proof of address. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

• You must provide your real name as it appears on your CNIC or passport.
• Your date of birth must be accurate and must confirm you are 18 or above.
• Your contact number must be valid and accessible — it is used for account security.
• You must not register if you have previously been self-excluded from pat pkr.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pat pkr username and password. Your account must not be shared with any other person. Pat pkr will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact pat pkr support immediately. You should also change your password without delay. Pat pkr will investigate such reports and may temporarily restrict account access during any investigation.

Do not use the same password for pat pkr that you use on other services. Use a strong, unique password and enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings. Pat pkr will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a short timeframe after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard bank processing timelines.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, pat pkr will require identity verification to be completed. This includes confirming your name, date of birth and ownership of the payment method. This process is standard practice and exists to protect both the player and the platform.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum amount, shown at the time of the request.
• Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be met before the related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Pat pkr may carry out additional checks on large withdrawal amounts as part of standard account review procedures.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment methods that have passed identity verification.
• Pat pkr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.

If a withdrawal request is declined, you will be notified with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, or a mismatch between the payment method and account holder identity. Pat pkr offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time the offer is presented. These terms include wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit in PKR, eligible games or bet types, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings.

Wagering requirements: A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per new account. Duplicate accounts attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed.
• Free bet promotions must be used within the stated validity period or they will expire automatically.
• Bonuses linked to cricket or PSL promotions apply only to qualifying betting markets as specified in the promotion terms.
• Pat pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have opted in.
• Bonus abuse — including exploiting offers through hedging, low-risk betting patterns or coordinated play — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

All bets placed on pat pkr are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market concerned, as well as the general betting rules set out here. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Bet acceptance: Pat pkr reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion. This includes bets placed on markets that have been suspended, bets that appear to exploit a pricing error, and bets from accounts under review. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference in your account.

Pricing errors: If a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error or human error, pat pkr reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account. This applies regardless of whether the error favoured the player or the platform.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are shown at the time of bet placement.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before suspension are honoured; bets placed after suspension will be voided.
• Cricket betting — including PSL, T20 internationals and test matches — follows the standard cricket betting rules applicable to each market type.
• Results for settled bets are final once confirmed. Bets will not be reopened based on subsequent events unless the original result was recorded in error.
• If an event is abandoned or cancelled, pat pkr will apply the relevant settlement rules for that sport and market.

Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a bet through collusion, match-fixing knowledge or inside information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and potential referral to relevant authorities.

All casino games and bingo on pat pkr are provided by certified game suppliers. Each game operates using a random number generator (RNG) that determines outcomes independently of the platform. Pat pkr does not control game outcomes beyond what is set by the game supplier.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for individual casino games and slots is set by the game provider and varies by title. RTP figures represent a statistical average over a large number of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

• Casino games must be played with real money balance or qualifying bonus balance. Game play rules vary by title.
• Progressive jackpot games accumulate a jackpot pool that is shared across all players on that game. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment.
• Bingo games run on a scheduled basis with PKR ticket prices and prize pools displayed in the bingo lobby before purchase.
• Any technical failure during a casino game session that prevents a round from completing will result in the round being voided and the stake returned to your balance.
• Pat pkr reserves the right to void game session results where a technical error has caused an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pat pkr. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance held within it may be voided pending investigation.

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per person for any reason, including to claim duplicate bonuses.
• False identity: Providing false name, date of birth, contact details or identity documents during registration or verification.
• Underage access: Attempting to use the platform if you are under 18, or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through hedging, low-variance betting patterns, coordinated play or any other strategy intended to generate withdrawable profit from bonus funds without genuine play.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after wagering deposited funds. Chargebacks triggered after play will be investigated and may result in account closure and debt recovery action.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets based on knowledge of match manipulation or participating in any activity intended to corrupt the outcome of a sporting event.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant or other game available on the platform.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts or automated tools to place bets, play casino games or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human players.

Pat pkr takes integrity very seriously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to withhold withdrawals, recover funds paid in error and report relevant activity to appropriate parties.

Pat pkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where these terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be voided in part or in full depending on the nature of the violation.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool instead, as this provides more robust protection against future access.

Pat pkr's maximum liability to any player in respect of any single claim is limited to the value of the stake placed in the bet or game session to which the claim relates. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim.

Pat pkr may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify active players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the pat pkr platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
